Refund policy
Return & replacement window
- Skincare, makeup, and nutraceuticals: request within 7 days of delivery if the pack is sealed and un-used.
- Devices and tools: request within 10 days with video proof of unboxing.
- Cold-chain formulations: eligible only for damage or leakage reported within 24 hours.
- Refunds are processed after QC completion at our Kottayam lab (2-3 working days upon receipt).
Return checklist
- Raise a ticket from your order page or email proof of purchase to support@avabritten.co.in.
- Share pictures of the product, batch number, and outer carton.
- Keep original invoice, freebies, and samples in the return shipment.
- Once approved, we will schedule a doorstep pickup within 48 hours in metro cities (72 hours elsewhere).
Refund modes
All orders are prepaid. Refunds are routed back to the original payment instrument once QC clears (typically within 2-3 working days).
Partial shipments
If your order ships in multiple boxes, each shipment gets an individual tracking ID and may arrive on different days.
Escalations
If a courier attempt fails twice, contact Avabritten Care to request address change, slot change, or hold.
Cancellation Policy
Before dispatch
You can cancel prepaid orders from the order confirmation page until the parcel is marked "Ready to Ship" (approximately 12 hours after placement). Cash on Delivery is not available.
- Instant refund back to original payment method for prepaid orders.
- Combo offers or freebies attached to the order are also cancelled automatically.
After dispatch
Once the courier has collected your parcel, cancellations convert to return requests. Allow the parcel to be delivered and then raise a return ticket under our return window.
Refund timelines
- UPI/Card/Net banking: 3-5 working days post-approval.
- Wallets: 24 hours post-approval.
Important: Custom-curated dermatologist plans and chilled actives are not eligible for cancellation after production starts. Contact support@avabritten.co.in for case-by-case exceptions.
